James Jeffries Goodwin, Esq.

James Jeffries Goodwin has conducted legal investigations and represented clients in California since 1977, when he was a private investigator and law clerk for James L. Stevens, Jr. and the Sacramento County Public Defender's Office. Since then he has handled civil and criminal cases on behalf of plaintiffs and defendents. His area of emphasis is personal injury, product liability and medical malpractice.

Since 1981 he has litigated cases involving automobile, aircraft, and boating accidents; farm and machinery injuries; Dalkon Shield, IUDs, MMR vaccines, and silicone breast implant claims; medical, legal, accounting, and architect malpractice and many other areas of tort law.

Jeff Goodwin is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Military Appeals, United States Tax Court, United States Court of Claims, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, United States District Courts in the State of California and all California State Courts.
